Graduated in Journalism and Advertising, he has been part of Radio Clásica since 2007. Since 2014, he has hosted the program Sinfonía de la mañana (Morning Symphony), for which he received an Ondas Award in 2016 for Best Program or Presenter. Additionally, since January 1, 2018, he has presented the Vienna New Year’s Concert for RTVE and collaborates with the long-running RNE program El ojo crítico. He also hosts the show En clave de 5 on Radio 5.

In the literary field, he is the author of the novels Lo que nunca sabré de Teresa (What I Will Never Know About Teresa), a fictionalized biography of cult actress Teresa Ann Savoy, and El misterio Razumovski (The Razumovski Mystery), a historical thriller with Beethoven as a detective at the Congress of Vienna. He has also written the children’s book La música interrumpida de María de Pablos (The Interrupted Music of María de Pablos) and the two-volume collection of short stories Sinfonías de la mañana (Morning Symphonies), which compiles the narratives from his radio program, as well as El horizonte quimérico (The Chimeric Horizon), featuring the whimsical tales about composers he publishes in the magazine Scherzo.

Llade has also written musical librettos, such as that for the cantata Juan Sebastián Elcano by Gabriel Loidi (broadcast by RTVE, with himself as narrator) and the opera Lazarillo de Tormes, with music by National Prize winner David del Puerto.
